Incoming Quality Control: MIL-STD-105E CLASS II; CR=0；MA=1.5；MI=2.5 (Depend on components). All raw materials include the chips, drivers and another accessories are need to check before enter the warehouse
InPut Process Quality Control: Each production line have QC to check at any time to make sure that all components that come to the production line are good quality
Line Quality Control: QC focus on key positions to make sure that the key components and operation are correct.
Final Quality Control: QC at the end of production line to check 100% of finished product, to make sure that all finished products are good quality
Outgoing Quality Control: MIL-STD-105E CLASS II AQL: CR=0；MA=1.5；MI=4.0 QC will do the final confirm and check before outgoing.
Quality Assurance: Nine Dear will be responsible for fixing problems occurred during the warranty period, should it is caused by products quality itself.
